Why is my 6 month old kicking like that?

My daughter kicks her right leg as she eats, when I change diapers when I put on when she in her Bumbo, sits, when I look at them if I do not look at her, and she had to strengthen etc.Ich pad doorman, her Bumbo, her changing mat, their car seats, etc. She has even cheated her right heel 2 or 3 times. It does not seem to notice or that it does. If only babies do that? How long this takes to come into the rule? (You can not walk or crawl to sit alone) _
My son is seven months was sitting by himself and almost crawling and he’s still one his feet. . he does both. . he does when he’s excited. .
My first son did, but it was his left leg and left hand. They seem easy to do. It’s kind of funny, until they bruise. My son is up to his first Birthday, I think. My youngest son, he found both his legs for 15 months and he still does. As he sees rampid nuts LOL
