I tried succtioning from his nose with an aspirator, but I can not help, and it sounds quite “clear” if I do succtioning. . . but I can hear a lot of “rattling” sound when he breathes. now is only the congestion in the head and not in his chest. . . I just rub some Vicks Baby putting steam on the chest but help that I can do klar. Was, alleviate its congestion? I have it up now sit in his Bumbo because he was “too big” now for his springy seat. . .
Take it in a nice moist bathroom. I even have my son with me in the shower before bed, it helps a lot.
Well, my son had whooping cough present for 2 weeks, so, as we were on our needles. The doctor says, buy a dehumidifier to bring moist air into the room and help, not the nose and moist spots and irritated. You can also use the necessity of saline for suctioning, as this helps more out of him, but just as with the bulb syringe. Medicine may be alright for him, but please with a pediatrician first.
receive a Vicks vapourizer. . . . . I bought at Walmart here in Canada, so I am sure they sell them at all Walmarts am. . . . put it on in the room you are in most of the day and then put it on at night in his room. . . . . it will really help clear and get to move out of the jam. . . had to do for our 5-month-old about a month ago. . . on the advice of a doctor. . . . We have a cool mist humidifier, but it was not easy to help. . . . Here in Canada we are not advised to use the aspirator, but we are encouraged, including saline drops for the baby’s nose and that’s helped. . Baby is first annoyed, but they cuddle up with a good in no time! Good luck to you, I hope I have been a little help. . . Oh, and get fresh air as much as possible with you a little! I hope your baby feels better soon! it sooo many strokes, which always helps! I’m sure you know!
